We try our best to show the beauty of our collection with photography. However, colours can look vary on different devices and monitors. Only genuine gemstones and crystals are sold here. We believe the healing properties and energies of each stone can do for you. Due to the nature of the crystals, each crystal is subject to slight variations. However, they are all unique in their own ways from our beloved Mother Earth. Your crystals or palm stones may contain cracks, druzy pockets or vugs. Please feel free contact us if you need more photos of your chosen stones.
In some listings, you will receive the exact stone from the photographs. Otherwise, we will state that you will receive a stone intuitively picked for you from our stock. The photographs of those listings show the sample of the stones for your reference. Each stone is unique and beautiful so please expect slight variations in colour, texture, and shape. Please add a note to your order with any specific requests and we will do our best to fill it from the stock available.
Some listings have multiple sizes. Please refer to the size ranges for accurate measurements. Macro photography is used to show detail but can make items appear larger than their actual size. We try our best to include some photos of holding the stones as a size reference.
Gems and crystals are great for altars, grids, terrariums, pocket stones, gifts, home decorating, collecting and more! They are also wonderful additions to meditation, Reiki and chakra work. Healing crystals are not a replacement for traditional medical treatment.
Shipping Policy
We ship to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan by S.F. Express. If you are overseas, please send us a message about alternative shipping options.
Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost, paid directly to S.F. Express.
Orders can be delivered to home address, commercial address as well as S.F. store locations/ lockers (please list the location code and the district clearly on the shipping address during check out).

The basic fee is $30 and $6 for additional 0.5kg.
Packaging:
We use mostly recyclable materials and recycled bubble wraps for packaging. Fragile items will be put in boxes before handing to S.F. Express for maximum protection and eliminate extra cost for courier cartons. If it is a gift that requests specific wrapping, please send us a message.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Most of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of purchase. Dispatch notification and tracking number will be sent to your email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your order within an estimate of 2-4 business days of its ship date.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. However, we will try our best to avoid any accident.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If the items arrived broken, please take photos of the condition of the items and the packaging for follow-ups. Most of our stones and items are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee it is possible to send replacement. But, we will do our best to prepare its journey to you.
If there is a missing item/wrong in the order, we will be responsible for the return of wrong goods and the replacement postage.

Once your order has submitted, our team will send a payment request link via whatsapp to your mobile phone number. So, please make sure the number you put in with the order is correct. Any order with an unpaid invoice will be cancelled in 24 hours.
